We understand that things happen sometimes and that you may need to cancel or reschedule. We ask that you tell us as far in advance as possible when these situations come up. Once you have booked a service with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
Therefore, if you reschedule or you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, or you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. Your deposit is dependent on the service type you signed up for:
In-person $50 (e.g., initial assessments, maintenance visits or coaching sessions).
Online $30 (e.g., online coaching)
If you provide notice of cancellation or reschedule prior to 24 hours before the appointment, then your deposit will be refunded to you.

If you must cancel a project after our work has started we will hand over any deliverables created thus far; however, these deliverables will be partial deliverables. You cannot expect and will not receive a completed project if you have canceled part way through the project. You will be charged a fee calculated based on the time invested up to the point of cancellation in your project, per the project scope and timeline provided to you.
